The Kalithea thermal springs with the healing elements are located just 9km away from the city of Rhodes. The area was opened its doors in 1929 and remained in function until 1967 as a worldwide attraction. Today the springs are renovated, and they are completely restored. The thermal springs welcomes hundreds of visitors per day. The area is a touristic attraction but also a favorite place for the locals us well.
The unique architecture, the Rotonda Hall, the Terrace and the pebble mosaics, are creating a peaceful atmosphere. The area is well organized with a cafeteria and sun beds on the beach. The cafeteria is opened from day to night for a coffee, cocktails or food.
Nowadays, the Kallithea thermal springs are an excellent choice for events. Many weddings and graduation ceremonies have taken place there, because of the large available space, close to the Rotonda Hall. During the night, the springs are much more romantic and magical because of the lights and the lovely music.
