Attaviros is the highest mountain in Rhodes with an altitude of 1,215 meters. The mountain has a unique flora and fauna and some of the most symbolic island species. Although its eastern side suffered a huge fire in 2008, it is always remaining very beautiful. On the way for the top, the visitors can admire the Temple of the Attaviros Zeus. The main road to reach the top is from the village of Agios Isidoros.
